Senior HR Specialist

Job Description:
Implementation of HR Policy (employment and salary strategy);
Coordination and enhancement of internal and external communication;
Building and implementation of motivational systems and coaching trainings;
Participation in European HR projects;
Building rewarding relationships with managers and business;
Creating reports.

Requirements:
Higher Education Degree in Management/HR;
Expertise on similar job position in the international environment;
Good knowledge of HR strategies and labour law;
Very good command of English (writing and speaking);
Very good computer skills (MS Office);
Ability to work under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility.
