Customer Service Representative with French

For an international organization based in Athens we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of: Customer Service Representative with French
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and problems via various tools and applications (email, chat applications, phone) in a proactive and professional manner
Be proactive in identifying deeper drivers of customer or partner needs
Able to understand and support a wide range of questions and leverage a range of resources to resolve issues relating to assigned client programs
Performs data entry and uses software programs
Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping customers
Requirements:
Graduates of High School (preferable: College, University)
Native or fluent French speakers
Fluent English (Proficiency level)
Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet)
Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger
Excellent communication skills
Strong team spirit
