Bilingual Customer Service (Greece)

Responsibilities:
Telephone and e-mail contact with customers
Provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their enquiries
Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
Holding to the highest standards in customer service

Requirements:
Very good one of the following languages: Spanish, Turkish, French, Italian of German
Good in English
Ability to work in team
Excellent customer service skills
Have excellent telephone, listening and communication skills
Experience in Customer Service or IT would be an advantage
Willingness to relocate to Greece
