RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Managing all visitors courteously and efficiently
-Dealing with all telephone calls or messages and managing all mail and couriers
-Ensuring the office is kept tidy and adequately stocked
-Liaising with building maintenance suppliers with regards to general maintenance
-Ensuring meeting rooms are adequately prepared for meetings or conferences
-Booking conference calls where necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
-You should be fluent in English
-Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, ideally combined with some business experience would be an asset
