The Total Wind Group has within few years established itself as an international respected player in the market for transport, installation and servicing of wind turbines. The company is represented globally and is expanding rapidly. In order to keep on meeting the challenges of the industry, we are offering an exciting position as International Recruiter in our Global Manpower Planning Department. This newly created position is based partly in our Polish office in Koszalin and in our headquarters in Brande. Important travel activities are to be expected.
The Global Manpower Planning Department
The Global Manpower Planning department is responsible for all technicians hired in TW group - approx. 500 hired in 11 different countries-. Within this department, the International Recruiter will be in charge of developing and executing technicians recruiting plans for the whole group in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities and tasks
As International Recruiter, you refer to the Head of the Global Manpower Planning department and your tasks will primarily be:
-Analysing the current manpower inventory and identifying recruitment needs according to projects forecast
-Creating job descriptions and posting openings when necessary
-Reviewing applicants#8217; database daily and selecting relevant candidates according to recruitment plan
-Conducting all technicians interview in the hiring department/country together with the local HR responsible or Area Manager.
-Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
-Liaising with the HR department of the country of recruitment
-Developing procedures and materials when necessary
Qualifications and work experience
The person we are looking for should have:
-experience from a similar position, preferably with a strong knowledge within the wind turbine industry
-a structured and analytical mind combined with the drive to complete tasks in a cost effective way
-the ability to communicate with and challenge stakeholders productively
-strong coordination and cooperation skills
-Experienced IT user, perhaps including Recruitment programs
-Fluent oral and written English is a prerequisite, speaking Polish and other languages, especially Danish, or Romanians, is a plus.
