Field manager

Because of this growth, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to strengt our team in the Noord-Brabant region.

We are looking for highly skilled, motivated and experienced candidate, who qualify for the following role: Coordinator / Field Manager for the following activities:

• Direct operational point of contact for customer + and temporary site offices


• Good cooperation with in-house broadcast colleague


• Contact HR customer serving subscribe / unsubscribe UZK's


• Administrative tasks such as scheduling of cars and houses, contracts, vacations, inflows and outflows, and reports


• Contact by phone / email our recruitment office administration PL + EN

Job requirements:

• Minimum of MBO education


• HBO / thinking level with good dissolution mind


• 2-3 years experience in similar position in the management recourses branch


• Fluency in Dutch, English and Polish language in speech and writing


• Ability to act independently, but also work in a team


• Ambitious/ inquisitive


• Accuracy and effectiveness


• Friendly attitiude and service oriented


• Knowledge of software packages such as MS Office (knowledge of FlexGo is a plus)


• Private living place in neighbourhood of Eindhoven / Den Bosch


• Driving license cat. B
