Main duties:
amp;#61623; Answer customersamp;#8217; inquiries about usage of Clientamp;#8217;s platform
amp;#61623; Coordination of system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints
amp;#61623; Provide training for key users and ensure the continuous support of the users of our systems
amp;#61623; Creation of expense analysis for the desired customer requirements in close collaboration with our development team
amp;#61623; Responsibility for an open and smooth exchange of information with our customers
amp;#61623; Establish and maintain customer relations
amp;#61623; Implementation of various marketing and sales activities
amp;#61623; Consulting Carrier processes and provides right Client solutions e.g. Interfaces, mobile app
Main requirements:
amp;#61623; Fluent language skills in Czech/Slovak, English and Polish
amp;#61623; Very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)
amp;#61623; Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP will be an asset
amp;#61623; Organizational skills and initiative
amp;#61623; Fast technical comprehension
amp;#61623; A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability
amp;#61623; First experiences in a similar job and on a Czech market would be an advantage
