Customer Service Advisor with French

For our client, we are currently looking for:

Customer Service Advisor with French

Region: Bydgoszcz


Responsibilities:
1st line support and advisory of international customers
The receipt of issues reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems
The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress
Keeping users appraised of progress
The maintenance of an inventory of equipment supported by the Service Desk together with logs of user details, problems and resolutions, for administration and planning purposes.


Qualifications:
Fluent French (C1 spoken and written) and English (min B1/B2)
Any additional foreign language will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office
Interest in IT and willingness to learn
Teamwork skills
