Gaming Support Agent (German)
You will be the Customer Support Agent supporting a major developer, marketer, publisher and distributor of video games, acting as first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
You should have the following skills:
Native level German language (both written and verbal), with B1 level English
Ability to solve problems
Strong coordination and organisational skills to effectively interact with customers.
Be able to demonstrate expertise with a computer, internet, internet applications and Microsoft Windows and basic programmes as a user
Have 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment
Having a keen interest and passion for gaming is desirable
Working times-rotation: Day shift between: 07h-22h (8hrs shift) / Evening: 22h-24h / Night: 24h-07h (Dependent on schedule)
Salary: After tax you will have around 950-850 Euros in your pocket each month and do not have to pay for accommodation (flat is 20minutes away from the work place and city centre) Bonus for weekends and night shifts too!
Contract: After 6 months you can extend your contract to 10 months and then you can work towards a permanent position
FREE Accommodation - with all bills like electric, gas, water and even Internet included! The only cost you would have is for your food and drink.
