Operational Coordinator is the most important initial position. Both the earlystage and further operations of a company depend on operational cooridnator, which is why the best candidates are young people (at least young in spirit), however, with some experience in:
-coordination customers and employees
-recruitment and HR management
-knowledge of the automotive market and understanding of the client-supplier relations is welcome
Operational Coordinator is the person responsible for direct customer contact. It is also responsible for coordinating the production plants from the relationship with the client and on the operational side. Another main duty is to recruit employees for the position of quality controllers and supervision of their work.

The basic scope of duties of a operational coordinator is as follows:
-Coordination of the production plant
-Support for administrative formalities of employing workers (signing contracts, completing documents, preparing reports in relation to the number of hours, working with payroll department);
-Distributes work orders to departments, denoting number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced
-Order processing and maintaining customer relations

The basic requirements are:
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience;
-Very good knowledge of English and Slovak;
-Knowledge of Czech or German as a plus
-Very good negotiation skills;
-Enterprise and ability to build lasting business relations;
-Organizational skills;
-Pursuit of your goals;
-Interpersonal skills;
-Category B driving license (active driver)
