As a Jobcoach for HOBIJ you are an enthusiastic, strong and proactive personality. You really know how to get things done and know how to set your priorities. A Jobcoach is an important link between our client and the flex employees. Together with your team members you are responsible for the daily operational process on the work floor and the management (housing and transport) of the flex workers. In addition you make sure the administration is up to date.

What are you going to do?

You are the first contact for the flex workers.
In the morning you do the attendance check.
You take care of the planning of flex workers on the work floor every day. You register no shows, process changes of occupancy and ensure a correct feedback to the client.
You have weekly meetings with our client and you follow up the agreed actions.
You identify bottlenecks that hamper the process and come up with solutions.
You have an active contribution to the operational process yourself.
You take care of all additional administrative work.


Furthermore, you bring the following:
-English language is required together with a second language such as Polish, Romanian or Dutch.
-You have coordinating and organizational talents. Planning is an important part of your work. We have daily planning tasks for the operation, transport and housing.
-You are prepared to work in shifts, on saturdays sundays and public holidays.
-You are in possession of a valid driving license B.
-You have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
-Having several years of work experience in production or logistics is a plus

The function is temporary and will be from July 2020 till January 2021.
But, we are always looking for good job coaches at HOBIJ. So if things work well, there will be other options after this period in Waalwijk
