It is a varied and independent position in which you work for one of the largest customers of HOBIJ. You are the point of contact at the location and you ensure optimal cooperation. You do this by entering into a conversation with the customer, responding to the customer's needs, being present and visible and maintaining good contact with the flex workers. The client works in shifts. It is therefore very important that you are also open to work in shifts.
What are the activities?
(Operational) account management
- Contact with flex workers and possibly the customer (team leaders)
- Pool management in collaboration with the flex manager
Collect and absorb new employees
- Coaching and guiding new flex workers in the workplace.
- Explain the logistics process, as present at the customer.
- Arranging guided tours at the relevant client.
- Taking care of attendance checks.
- Evaluate and determine the performance of the flex worker and, if necessary, additional guidance.
Other activities:
- Explaining the processes at the client concerned.
- Coordinating accessibility services for calamities, both for the client and for the flex workers.
- Carrying out driver work if necessary.
It is important that you can be flexible. It is not a job from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the job is finished when you have completed all tasks together as a team.
