Customer Service Agent (Orange)
Working B2C in the telecommunications industry for pioneering mobile/network provider you will be part of an extended team of some 170, 000 people, assisting consumers by telephone and email regarding contracts, tariffs, hardware and general enquiries. This is a great opportunity to work within a fast moving, technologically advanced environment and gaining world class training and expertise.
Fluent written and verbal German language skills and minimum B1 proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Good working knowledge of computers including MS Office, Internet applications etc, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience of working within a BPO or Contact Centre environment is advantageous but not essential.
Full training will be provided and start dates are available
