EMPLOYMENT DETAILS Machine Operator
AUTOMOTIVE PRESS SHOP, SERTEC
1. GENERAL TERMS
You will be working as a Machine Operators within an Automotive Press Shop. Your will be required to operate machines such as - hand press, power press and robot operators. Training will be provided
This is a full time employed position (PAYE), and you will be employed by the Company for a period of 8 weeks, at which point you will have the option to transfer your employment directly to AM 2 PM.
Your exact place of work will have been discussed with you in advance.
Start dates will have been agreed with you in advance.
The work will be varied, and could include night shift work as standard.
You will be provided with relevant PPE equipment, please ensure you bring a pair of safety boots with you. All matters relating to health and safety risks will be covered by the client during your induction, at which time all risks will be identified and all prevention and control measures discussed with you.
You will need to be physically fit, of clean and tidy appearance and have a positive attitude towards customer service.
You will need good communication skills and numeracy levels.
By signing this contract, you understand and have agreed to these requirements.

The above rates are for an average 37.5 standard week
You will be paid every week, 1 week in arrears. You will not be paid for the Induction days (details below)
Please ensure you have sufficient funds with you, or at your disposal to cover your expenses for food, toiletries etc. for the period until your first wage payment. You must have enough money to cover you for 2 weeks. The Company does not provide advances against wages in any circumstances.
3. FLIGHTS
You will need to arrange and pay for your own flight or travel to the UK.
4. TRAVEL/ACCOMMODATION
Full details of the services available to you will be sent separately to this contract by a 3rd party company. You are not contractually obliged to use any of the services offered and can make your own travel/accommodation arrangements if you so wish (See NOTES below)
3. INDUCTION PROCESS
Day 1 #8211; induction and paperwork at Bespoke Global Resourcing (no payment)
Day 2 #8211; induction and paperwork at Client (no payment)
Day 3 onwards #8211; training/work
Please be aware that you will have a drugs and alcohol test conducted by the client, if you fail this test you will not progress with the opportunity. After this initial test, there will be random tests periodically.
4. REQUIREMENTS
You will have already sent through copies of your documents, however please ensure that you bring with you originals of:
ID or Passport
Driving Licence
Criminal Record Certificate (3 months old max.)
Proof of home address
If you do not produce these on arrival, you will not be able to progress with this opportunity and you will need to organise your own way home.
